Important News - July 2017: The Supreme Court ruled that Employment Tribunal Fees were inconsistent with Justice and ruled the government was acting unlawfully and unconstitutionally when it introduced the fees. The fees were removed by the Ministry of Justice immediately. You can now access the Employment Tribunal without fees.
